Only tournament hosts (BC Chairs) need a subscription.
Everyone else — BC staff, referees, and spectators — can participate without paying anything.

You can help run or fence in a tournament without ever subscribing.
Free trial for new hosts
New users can try hosting tournaments for free before subscribing.
- A guided tutorial tournament to learn the workflow
- At least one real tournament you can run end-to-end
The goal is to let you run an actual event and decide if ClubTrackr Live
fits your needs — no pressure.
Flexible roles, one account
You can have different roles in different tournaments.

Pricing will be based on hosting access, not per-referee or per-participant fees.
